Cold Buckwheat Noodle Soup (Naengmyeon)

Do you know Cold Buckwheat Noodle Soup (Naengmyeon)? It is the best summer food, indeed. All koreans eats it in summer and loves it.
Water Cold Buckwheat Nodle Soup put a cold noodle soup, noodle hit for buckwaheat flour and green bean, beef, chicken or watery soup and took the pheasant broth (to dilute the taste of that with make radish Kim-Chi) to make soup with juice. Sliced beef, sliced radish Kim-Chi, Pears, put ingredients like boiled eggs are served along with mustard and vinegar.
Mixed Cold Buckwheat Nodle do not make the soup. It with spicy chili-based sauce seansoned with food dish, topped with fluke sashimi and should eat.
