Pumpkin porridge


there are various kinds of porridge( jook) in Korea. Pumpkin porridge, which made of Pumpkin and glutinous rice is my favorite.
It is really easy to make and you could buy it from everywhere.
Pumpkin contains carotene , vitamin B and E .
They could help to cure gastritis and ulcer.
I personally have very weak stomach, so my mom cooked it for me frenquently.
It seems like just light dessert , but it could be substituted to your meal.
